Account Management

1Creating Your Account

  1. 1Visit dukancard.in and click on the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner.
  2. 2Enter your email address and create a secure password.
  3. 3Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
  4. 4Choose your role (Business or Customer) to complete the registration process.
  5. 5For business accounts, you'll be guided through the onboarding process to set up your digital card.

2Managing Your Profile

  1. 1Log in to your Dukancard account and navigate to Account > Settings.
  2. 2Update your personal information, including email and password.
  3. 3To customize your business details, go to Business Management > Manage Card.
  4. 4Change your password regularly to maintain account security.
  5. 5Manage your business profile details to keep your information current.

3Account Recovery & Security

  1. 1If you forget your password, contact our support team for assistance.

4Account Deletion

  1. 1To delete your account, go to Account > Settings in your dashboard.
  2. 2Scroll to the bottom to find the 'Delete Account' section.
  3. 3Click on the 'Delete Account' button and confirm your decision in the dialog that appears.
  4. 4If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled automatically.
  5. 5Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone - all your data will be removed.

  1. 1Access your business profile settings from the Business Management > Manage Card section.
  2. 2Update your business details including name, description, and contact information.

Billing & Subscription

1Understanding Subscription Plans

  1. 1Dukancard offers five subscription plans: Free, Basic, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise.
  2. 2The Free plan includes creating a digital business card and adding up to 5 products.
  3. 3The Basic plan allows up to 15 products and includes additional features like custom branding.
  4. 4The Growth plan offers up to 50 products and premium features for businesses looking to scale.
  5. 5The Pro plan is designed for larger businesses with advanced needs and higher product limits.
  6. 6The Enterprise plan offers custom solutions with dedicated support for organizations with specific requirements.
  7. 7Compare plans in the Pricing section to choose the one that best fits your needs.

2Managing Your Subscription

  1. 1Access your subscription details by going to Account > Manage Plan in your dashboard.
  2. 2View your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date.
  3. 3Upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your business needs.
  4. 4Choose between monthly or yearly billing - yearly plans offer a discount.
  5. 5Cancel your subscription at any time - your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

3Payment Methods & Billing

  1. 1All payments are processed securely through our Razorpay payment gateway.
  2. 2We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking options.
  3. 3View your payment history in the Billing section of your dashboard.
  4. 4Invoices are automatically sent to your registered email address.
  5. 5Contact our support team for any billing discrepancies or questions.

4Free Trial & Plan Changes

  1. 1New business accounts receive a 30-day free trial with access to all Growth plan features.
  2. 2If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your account will downgrade to the Free plan.
  3. 3When downgrading plans, only your most recent products up to the new plan's limit will remain visible.
  4. 4Hidden products are not deleted and will become visible again if you upgrade.
  5. 5You cannot subscribe to the same plan you're already on - contact support to change billing cycles.

5Pro & Enterprise Plans

  1. 1The Pro plan is designed for larger businesses with advanced needs and higher product limits.
  2. 2The Enterprise plan offers custom solutions tailored to specific organizational requirements.
  3. 3For detailed information about Pro and Enterprise plans, contact our sales team.
  4. 4Enterprise plans include dedicated account management and custom integrations.
  5. 5Custom onboarding and training sessions are available for Enterprise customers.

6Subscription Cancellation

  1. 1To cancel your subscription, go to Account > Manage Plan in your dashboard.
  2. 2Click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button and confirm your decision.
  3. 3Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  4. 4After cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
  5. 5You can resubscribe to any paid plan at any time after cancellation.

7Billing Cycles & Renewals

  1. 1Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.
  2. 2Monthly subscriptions are renewed every 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. 3Yearly subscriptions are renewed every 365 days from the date of purchase.
  4. 4You'll receive renewal notifications by email before your subscription renews.
  5. 5Update your payment method before renewal to avoid any service interruptions.
